GRAMERCY — A duplex penthouse near Gramercy Park, complete with a private roof deck and fireplace, just hit the market for $4 million.

The three-bedroom unit at Bullmoose Condominium, an eight-story building sitting on a quiet block near Gramercy Park at 42 E. 20th St., went up for sale two weeks ago. It features a working fireplace and a full-floor master suite, according to a listing by Douglass Elliman.

“It’s a boutique condominium with a full-time superintendent,” said broker Josh Rubin. “It gets great light and is very quiet.”

High ceilings and 8-foot-tall windows provide plenty of light on both floors, which span 2,164 square feet, according to the listing on Douglass Elliman's website.

The first floor includes two out of the three bedrooms, one-and-a-half baths, a private laundry room, a large living room with a fireplace and the kitchen, according to the floor plan.

The open kitchen features granite counters, Viking appliances and Poggenpohl cabinets, according to the listing.

The entire second floor is dedicated to the massive master suite, with floor-to-ceiling glass doors that lead out into a 16-foot-by-22-foot private terrace — complete with running water, electricity and Ipe wood-finished floors.

The second story also has a walk-in closet and the master bath, furnished with an extra-deep tub and a frameless glass shower.

Bullmoose, a recently completed condominium conversion, includes a video intercom and a key-locked elevator.
