NEW YORK CITY — Eight people were hurt when two B44 buses crashed at a Bedford-Stuyvesant intersection Tuesday morning, officials said.
One of the buses was turning left from New York Avenue onto Fulton Street about 10 a.m. when it slammed into the back of the other bus, an Metropolitan Transportation Authority spokeswoman said.
Four people were listed in serious but stable condition while four others suffered minor injuries, an FDNY spokesman said.
None were immediately hospitalized, the spokesman said.
The accident did not disrupt regular service on the line, according to the MTA.
