NEW YORK CITY — Two men who lured a 16-year-old girl to the top of a Brooklyn building late last week raped the teenager — and then threw her off the roof, according to the NYPD.

The girl, whose identity was not released, survived the predawn attack and fall on July 14, police said.

She was taken to Brookdale Hospital with leg, arm, and neck injuries, police said.

Cops said the suspects, Anwar Desouza and Antonio Owensford, lured the victim to the roof of 725 Miller Ave. about 4 a.m. that day.

Desouza, 24, was arrested Friday afternoon and charged with attempted murder, assault, rape, performing a criminal sex act, and strangulation, cops said.

Owensford, 26 years old, of Brentwood, was later apprehended and charged with attempted murder, assault, rape, and strangulation, cops said.
