EAST NEW YORK — A woman died early Thursday after she fell off an out-of-control motorcycle on the Belt Parkway and was mowed down by cabbie who fled the scene, police said.

The 37-year-old victim, a passenger on a 2012 BMW motorcycle, fell onto a westbound lane after the bike struck a barrier near Pennsylvania Avenue about 12:46 a.m., police said.

A yellow taxi then ran her over and fled the scene, cops said. The woman was rushed to Brookdale Hospital and pronounced dead.

The motorcycle’s operator, 42, was taken to Brookdale in stable condition, cops added.

No arrests have been made.
