MIDTOWN — A week before they swiped a $170,000 watch from a Madison Avenue designer outlet, a dapper duo stole two other watches from a Bulgari boutique on Fifth Avenue, cops said.

In the first of their two timepiece capers, the woman chatted up a clerk inside the Bulgari store, at 730 Fifth Ave., about 3:20 p.m. on April 24, according to the NYPD.

As she did so, her partner lifted two watches from a nearby showcase before the two walked out of the store, police said.

It was unclear how much the stolen watches were worth, but Bulgari's watches can cost as much as $60,000.

Last week, the duo is suspected of walking into the Porsche Design Store on Madison Avenue and swiping another timepiece worth $170,000. The woman again asked to look at merchandise, and as the clerk bent down to retrieve an item, her accomplice leaned across the top of the display case and grabbed the watch from inside, cops said.

Both the man and the woman were wearing dark clothing at the time of April 24 robbery, cops said, and the woman was also carrying a bag.

Anyone with information is asked to call Crime Stoppers at (800) 577-TIPS (8477).
