CONEY ISLAND — A 27-year-old homeless man was shot and killed in Coney Island Wednesday afternoon, the NYPD said.
Julian Salley was shot in the torso in the first-floor hallway of 2839 W. 33rd St. in the Surfside Gardens houses about 1:09 p.m., police said.
Salley, who police said was homeless, was pronounced dead at the scene.
There were no immediate arrests and the investigation was ongoing.
