HELL'S KITCHEN — The westbound lanes of the Lincoln Tunnel have reopened after a truck accident, officials said.
The lane had closed during Monday morning rush hour due to an accident involving an overturned garbage truck, on the New Jersey Side of the busy tunnel, the Office of Emergency Management confirmed.
Authorities said the truck had been righted, but debris was still being cleaned from the roads just after 7 a.m.
