PARKCHESTER — A man accused of sexually assaulting a 14-year-old boy inside a Bronx apartment building Monday has been arrested, police said.
Clive Rosario, 26, chatted with the boy about 4 p.m. Monday afternoon before assaulting him, cops said.
He then ran off toward Westchester Avenue, police said.
Rosario was arrested charged on Tuesday and charged with performing a criminal sex act and sexual abuse, cops said.
