FLATBUSH — A 21-year-old Brooklyn man was charged with gunning down another man after a dispute in Flatbush Tuesday, cops said.

Justin Sarkodie has been charged with criminal posession of a firearm and murdering 28-year-old Nestor Farrell about 11:15 a.m. Tuesday inside 490 E. 23rd St., according to the NYPD.

Earlier that day, the two men had gotten into a dispute at a nearby deli which spilled over into the hallway of the East 23rd Street building, cops said.
