UPPER EAST SIDE — Police are hunting five people they suspect of beating a man on the Upper East Side and stealing his iPhone.

At 3:35 a.m. on Jan. 22, 2013, four men and a woman approached a 22-year-old man at the corner of East 88th Street and Second Avenue, police said.

They punched him in the face and kicked him when he fell to the ground, stealing his iPhone and wallet, officials said.

The male suspects are all between the ages of 20 and 25-years-old, cops said.

One was wearing a blue ski coat and green ski hat, the second a black ski coat and blue ski hat, the third a blue and grey "Planet Hollywood" jacket' and the fourth suspect wore a black North Face ski coat, according to police.

The female suspect is said to have worn a blue ski jacket with white stripes, police said.
