EAST NEW YORK — An NYPD school safety agent was arrested Wednesday for soliciting a prostitute, police said.
Ronald Kingwood, 37, was at Georgia Avenue and Pitkin Avenue at 7:47 p.m. when he asked the prostitute for oral sex, according to his criminal complaint.
Kingwood was arraigned on misdemeanor charges of patronizing a prostitute.
