PROSPECT HEIGHTS — Nearly a week of big pimpin' will mark the opening of the Barclays Center.
Jay-Z has added two more concerts to his run of shows celebrating the arena's grand opening in September, officials said Wednesday.
Jay-Z's Sept. 28 concert will be the first event at the new venue, followed by four other shows on Sept. 29 and 30 and Oct. 3 and Oct. 4.
Tickets for all five shows go on sale to the general public at 10 a.m. on July 13, but American Express credit card holders, arena season ticket holders and members of the free Barclays Center "behind-the-scenes" mailing list get early dibs.
More than 7,000 seats at each show will be priced at under $30, arena officials said.
