STATEN ISLAND — A 4-year-old boy drowned in his family's pool in Concord on the Fourth of July, authorities said.
Christos Voulkoudis was found at the bottom of the outdoor pool at 224 Beverley Rd. Wednesday about 6 p.m., police said.
The toddler was rushed to North Shore University Hospital and pronounced dead. No criminality is suspected.
