CHELSEA — Move over, 16 Handles.

Frozen-yogurt shop Off The Wall Yogurt will open its third location in the city in a prime spot at 248 W. 23rd St.

The chain has locations in Midtown East and near Union Square, where hungry snackers can fill up their cups with a rotating selection of 16 flavors and add on as many toppings as they please from a massive "candy wall."

In total, the location will have a rotating menu of 40 toppings, including cheesecake bites, cereal and sprinkles. The new Off The Wall shop is set to open in October, its manager said.

There's about 80 flavors of fro-yo on tap, with eye-popping recipes like StrawBana, Angel Cake and Cinnamon-Sugar Cookie. The new location will also serve up kosher Cholov Yisroel yogurt at the kosher-certified location.

Like 16 Handles, which will open its 25th Big Apple location in Williamsburg later this month, Off The Wall charges customers based on how much their cup weighs.

"We know there's a lot of yogurt locations around," said Patrick Smith, manager of the store's three locations.

"What's different — all of our stores are unique in their decor and are a friendly environment. It's a neighborhood yogurt shop instead of a corporate entity."

On top of the myriad flavor combinations available, the new store will also feature local art and a community chalkboard that's open to local artists.

Smith added that each Off The Wall location will bring in new flavors and toppings based on neighborhood themes and suggestions from regulars, making every visit unique.

"We take the feedback so that everyone can have their best sundae," he said.

"That's what people come to us for."
