Police Seek Man Suspected in Queens Kidnapping Attempt

CORONA — Police are searching for a man they suspect of trying to kidnap a little boy in Queens.

The NYPD released a photo of a man named Mark Synclair, who is believed to be 33 years old, 5-foot-9 and 200 pounds, who they said approached the little boy in front of M.S. 192 on Tuesday, May 29.

Cops said the man tried to kidnap the 7-year-old from in front of 99-01 34th Avenue in Queens at 8:15 a.m.

The boy struggled away from the suspect, and escaped his grasp without any injuries.
