BROOKLYN — Police are searching for a man they believe is connected with an armed robbery of a bank on Saturday morning.

The NYPD released photos Wednesday of a man they suspect of entering a bank at 1388 Pennsylvania Ave. at 9:15 a.m. on May 19, 2012.

Police say the suspect walked into the location, passed a note to the bank teller, and displayed a black firearm.

The man, who is described by police as 28 to 32 years of age, 5-foot-10, and 180 pounds, fled the bank empty-handed, police said.

The NYPD said the man was wearing eyeglasses, a red T-shirt, blue cargo pants, and black sneakers.
