MANHATTAN — Police busted a Brooklyn man for allegedly masturbating on a Manhattan-bound L train last week.
Kyle Brown, 23, of Bedford-Stuyvesant, was arrested Thursday for pleasuring himself while staring at a straphanger after he boarded a train at the Montrose Avenue station on April 18 about 4:30 p.m., police said.
The 34-year-old victim managed to snap a cell phone picture of the suspect before he exited the train at the 14th Street-Union Square Station, cops added.
Brown has been charged with public lewdness in the incident, police said.
