BROOKLYN — A 27-year-old man was shot and killed in East Flatbush early Tuesday, police said.
The victim was found with gunshot wounds to the back and lower torso in front of 278 E. 38th St. about 3:30 a.m., police said.
He was rushed to Kings County Hospital, where he died, according to a police report.
His identity was withheld pending family notification.
