Police Seeking Two Teens Wanted for Snatching Boy's iPhone in Chelsea

MANHATTAN — Police are searching for two teens wanted for robbing a 15-year-old boy of iPhone in Chelsea.

The two suspects, described as between 15 and 18 years old, approached the young victim as he was walking westbound on West 16th Street about 2:45 p.m. on March 26, the NYPD said.

The suspects threatened the boy before snatching his iPhone and running away, police said.

One of the suspects is described as standing about 5-foot-11 with a slim build, wearing jeans, a baseball hat and a gray hooded sweatshirt, police said.

The other suspect is described as standing 5-foot-6, wearing a dark blue puffy jacket and dark jeans.
