BROOKLYN — A firefighter was injured in a blaze at an apartment building in Ocean Hill Monday morning, officials said.

The fire broke out in a third-floor apartment at 514 Chauncey St. about 8:40 a.m., an FDNY spokesman said.

A firefighter was injured and sent to Kings County Hospital, officials said. The injury did not appear to be life-threatening, the spokesman said.

Some 60 firefighters from 12 units rushed to the scene to help extinguish the blaze at the three-story building, officials said. It was brought under control a short time later.
