BROOKLYN — A man has been charged with murder in the shooting of a 24-year-old woman found dead in her Brownsville basement earlier this month, authorities said.

Bernsley Barthelemy, 25, was arrested and charged with second-degree murder for allegedly shooting Kazan Raoul, who was discovered with bullet wounds to her face and neck at 2242 Strauss St. on March 7, the NYPD said.

There was no one home when police discovered Raoul’s body at the address, which is located across the street from a school building.

The victim’s relationship to the alleged killer was not immediately clear.
