MANHATTAN — It's a slight upgrade over his brother's couch.

Knicks point guard Jeremy Lin is renting an all-inclusive, newly furnished condo at the W Hotel in the Financial District — in addition to his new pad at the Trump Tower in White Plains, the New York Post reports.

The classy, 1,182-square-foot space comes with $30,000 to $35,000 worth of Tui Lifestyle furniture, according to the Post.

Rents in the building range from $3,600 to $8,900 a month. The owner of Lin’s unit had put the two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment up for more than $2.3 million before renting it out, the newspaper reported.

The building offers a gym and dining at the hotel’s BLT Bar.

Sources told the paper that Lin — who until recently had been crashing on the couch at his big brother's Lower East Side apartment — plans to spend most of his time based in the Manhattan condo.

Lin and the Knicks fell to the New Jersey Nets, 100-92, Monday night at Madison Square Garden. They return to the court Wednesday at 7:30 p.m. against the Atlanta Hawks. They close the first half of the season Thursday against LeBron James, Dwyane Wade and the Miami Heat.
