MANHATTAN — That's Rich.

Grammy-nominated songwriter Denise Rich has put her Fifth Avenue penthouse on the market for a staggering $65 million — making it the most expensive co-op in the city, the New York Post reported.

Rich, who wrote the lyrics to songs such as Mandy Moore's "Candy" and Mary J. Blige's "Don't Waste Your Time," told the Post she's selling the 12,000-square-foot duplex at the corner of East 60th Street because it's too big for just one person.

The massive penthouse overlooks Central Park and includes a wraparound terrace that Rich reportedly once converted into a figure-skating rink for a party. The 20-room space includes seven bedrooms, 11 bathrooms, three kitchens, a full gym, billiard room, media room and a rooftop terrace, according to the listing with Corcoran.

It also boasts a baby grand piano that Stevie Wonder once played and a private recording studio that Celine Dion used, the Post said.

“I don’t have the need for this type of space," Rich told the paper. "My greatest hope is that the next family loves and enjoys this home as much as we did."
