MANHATTAN — A man was killed when he was struck by an L train in Greenwich Village Saturday night, police said.
The incident unfolded at the Sixth Avenue stop, near 14th Street, at 10:10 p.m., according to cops and came just a day after a man was killed at the line's Third Avenue station.
The man, whose identity was not immediately available, was struck by an Eighth Avenue-bound train and pronounced dead at the scene.
There was no indication of criminality, police said.
On Friday morning, a 22-year-old man was struck and killed by a Brooklyn-bound L train in the tunnel between the Third Avenue and 14th Street stations.
