Dapper Bandit Bank Robbery Suspect Identified as Dana Connor

MANHATTAN — The FBI has identified the musatchioed man who allegedly knocked over a slew of Manhattan banks while dressed in dapper duds during a three-month spree.

Dana Connor, 52, dubbed the Dapper Bandit by the feds, is wanted for 10 heists around the borough beginning in September, donning a suit in some cases, the FBI said.

Connor's alleged run began on Sept. 21, when he struck the Capital One Bank at 57 W. 57th St., according to the agency.

Over the next three months, he allegedly hit banks in Midtown, Murray Hill and in Lower Manhattan.

He most recently struck on Dec. 27, robbing a Citibank at 1 Park Place, the FBI said.

Connor, who also goes by name Maurice, has "Moe Love" tattooed on his chest, police said.

Authorities said he may be living in Virginia and traveling to New York for the robberies.

The nattily-dressed suspect is described as 5-foot-7 with brown eyes and black hair.

A "significant" reward is being offered for any tips that help break the case.
