MANHATTAN — A 13-year-old girl who has been missing for nearly two weeks from her home in Massachusetts was found in Jersey City, NJ, police said.

The girl, Alexandra "Allie" Loftis, was seen boarding a Manhattan-bound Peter Pan bus in Boston at approximately 6:15 p.m. on Fri. Nov. 4, 2011. She had disappeared from her home in Wayland, Mass. earlier that day.

According to the New York State Division of Criminal Justice Services, Loftis was last seen on video footage exiting a bus in New York later that night, at 11 p.m. Authorities, including the NYPD, had been looking for her since.

Loftis was found staying with 42-year-old Jorge Luis Garzon, who was arrested by the Special Victim's Unit of the Hudson County Prosecutors Office, sources said.

The prosecutor's office in New Jersey declined to comment. Loftis' mother, Christina, did not immediately respond to emails for comment.
