MANHATTAN SUPREME COURT — The brother of rapper Foxy Brown pleaded guilty Thursday to two counts of identity theft after racking up thousands of dollars in charges using forged credit cards.

Gavin Marchand, 36, admitted to using stolen credit accounts connected to forged credit cards at high end boutique Hermes on the Upper East Side and the Nikki Beach Midtown night club.

He is expected to be sentenced to 2 1/2 to five years in prison on Sept. 28 in Manhattan Supreme Court.

Marchand and three friends were caught by police after using the credit cards at the Hermes on Madison Avenue, then fleeing from the boutique in a getaway car, prosecutors said. Police found them with a stash of fake IDs and forged credit cards in the car.

Prosecutors said Marchand and co-defendants, Derwin Benoit, Ryan Campbell and Warren David charged nearly $8,000 to forged credit cards at French boutique Hermes's Upper East Side location on Aug. 7, 2010. Campbell, Benoit and David are charged with identity theft, possession of a forged instrument and possession of stolen property.

Marchand was also charged with using forged cards to spend thousands of dollars at Nikki Beach Midtown, a club at 151 East 50th St.

Marchand's famous sister, whose real name is Inga Marchand but who goes by the name Foxy Brown, has had her own troubles. She has been arrested for assault in Manhattan and Brooklyn.

The 32-year-old performer was most recently arrested for mooning a neighbor she had fought with, in violation of an order of protection. The case was dismissed by a Brooklyn judge in July, according to reports.
