MANHATTAN — Julie Pacino, the daughter of Oscar-winning actor Al Pacino, was nabbed for drunk driving in the West Village early Saturday morning, police sources and reports said.

After her arrest, Pacino, 21, admitted to knocking back "three beers" and smoking weed, according to court documents.

Sources told DNAinfo that she was driving a 2009 Mercedes with an expired California registration sticker on West Houston Street, near Washington Street, at around 1:35 a.m. when she was stopped at a checkpoint.

A source said that investigators detected the smell of alcohol.  Pacino, of Round Rock, TX, was given a Breathalyzer and hit with several charges including DWI, driving while ability impaired by the combined influence of drugs and alcohol and driving while impaired, according to the sources.

According to the criminal complaint, Pacino allegedly told investigators: "Yes, I was drinking. I had about three beers and I smoked some weed at home.

"That was a few hours ago."

The documents said that she allegedly had "watery and bloodshot eyes, had slurred speech" as well as the smell of alcohol on her breath. Her blood alcohol level registered .12 percent, 1 1/2 times the legal limit, the court papers said.

Pacino was released without bail and is due back in court on Sept. 22, according to the DA's office.

The "Godfather" actor's agent, Jeff Berg, said that he had "no knowledge" of the alleged incident. His rep did not immediately comment.

But several reports said that Julie Pacino was the daughter of the "Scarface" actor.

A woman who answered the phone at Pacino's address in Texas and described herself as a family friend declined comment.  She also refused to pass a message on to the family.

Julie Pacino, the screen legend's daughter with his acting coach Jan Tarrant, was a standout softball player at UCLA.

The Queens native is one of three siblings and said she admires Derek Jeter, according to her UCLA player profile.

She said her goal is to become a filmmaker.
