MANHATTAN — The National Weather Service has issued a flash flood watch for Manhattan through Saturday morning.
Heavy rain and thunderstorms are likely throughout the day Friday, with between 1 and 4 inches of rain expected.
At times, rain could fall at a rate of approximately 2 inches an hour, the NWS said.
