UPPER WEST SIDE — A man was shot outside a bar on the Upper West Side before staggering into the Harlem Hospital emergency room where he collapsed and died early Sunday, police said.

Floyd Miller, 25, said he was shot in front of the Noco Bar & Lounge at 999 Columbus Avenue, at 109th Street, police said.

It is unknown if the killing was connected to the bar.

Miller, who lived on 129th Street, was bleeding heavily from a gun shot wound in his torso, according to police. He walked into Harlem Hospital — which is 26 blocks from the crime scene on the Upper West Side — at 3.31 a.m.

No arrests have been made, but police are investigating.
