SOHO — The "sexiest man alive" may become lower Manhattan's newest resident.
Actor Ryan Reynolds, who won People magazine's sexiest title in 2010, was recently looking for homes in SoHo and TriBeCa, the New York Daily News reported.
Reynolds, star of the upcoming "Green Lantern" movie, isn't new to Manhattan, he and ex-wife Scarlett Johansson bought an East 53rd Street apartment in 2008, the News reported.
The actors ended their two year marriage last December and Johansson reportedly received the East Side home and a Louisiana property in the settlement.
Most recently, Reynolds had looked at a West Village town house, the News reported.
