SOHO — A vendor was robbed at gunpoint near Canal Street last week, police said.

The 37-year-old victim, an East Harlem resident, was walking south on W. Broadway toward Canal Street about 5:10 p.m. Jan. 31, when a black Grand Cherokee jeep pulled up alongside him, police said.

One of the three men inside the jeep pulled a gun halfway out of his pocket and approached the victim, police said.

The victim put his hands up, and the man with the gun grabbed a bag of the vendor’s merchandise, worth about $50, police said. The alleged thief then returned to the jeep and drove away.
