MANHATTAN — Straphangers trying to get around Manhattan this weekend should brace themselves for service changes as almost 20 lines are scheduled for maintenance work.
The 1 train will skip the 18th Street, 23rd Street and 28th Street stations, and the 2 and 3 trains will run local in both directions.
Queens-bound R trains will skip Prince Street, 8th Street, 23rd Street and 28th Street station.
Trains on the Lexington Avenue line will run express between Union Square and Grand Central Terminal.
