MANHATTAN — Move over George Jefferson. Singer Justin Timberlake is moving on up from TriBeCa to a deluxe apartment in SoHo.
The pop star-turned-actor agreed to pay $7.65 million for a penthouse apartment at the Soho Mews on West Broadway after recently putting his 1414 Washington St. apartment on the market, according to Curbed and the New York Post.
The seven-room, nearly 3,000-square-foot penthouse includes an 853-square-foot wrap-around terrace, 10-foot-high ceilings and a "secret garden" hidden between the complex's luxury condo towers.
Though the former "N'Sync" member purchased the TriBeCa condo just two years ago, sources tell the Post that the building's security, which only includes a part-time doorman, was not up to snuff for the "Social Network" star and his actress girlfriend, Jessica Biel.

Well-heeled Timberlake fans can purchase the 3,000-square-foot residence for a mere $5.25 million.
The balance of star power may soon right itself, however, as TriBeCa may gain a new celebrity resident.
Lady Gaga was recently seen visiting a $14.95 million penthouse at 33 Vestry St., according to the Post.
The TriBeCa condo includes a rooftop pool and more than 3,000 square feet in outdoor space. Plenty of room for a "monster" bash.
