MANHATTAN — Lindsay Lohan may be off to jail after failing a drug test, but she'll have big bucks to spend on the inside after reportedly settling a $100 million lawsuit with E*Trade over its baby "milkaholic" ad campaign.

TMZ reported that Lohan had settled the case with E*Trade over the ad that she claims ripped her off by naming a drunk baby after her.

E*Trade had successfully won a bid to have the case heard in Manhattan instead of Long Island, where Lohan had originally filed her suit.

The terms of the settlement were not made public, but Lindsay's mom Dinah told TMZ that she was very happy with what she got.

In the commercial, a baby boy apologizes to his girlfriend via video chat for not calling her, asking if she was with "that milk-a-holic Lindsay."

Before the end of the chat, a baby girl appears and slurs, "Milk-a-what?"

The lawsuit comes as a Californian judge issued a warrant for Lohan's arrest after she failed a drug test.

"Substance abuse is a disease, which unfortunately doesn’t go away over night," Lohan tweeted to the 1.8 million people who follow her. "This was certainly a setback for me but I am taking responsibility for my actions and I'm prepared to face the consequences."
