MANHATTAN — An apartment building that once housed medical personnel from the now defunct St. Vincent’s Hospital was to be turned over to its new owner weeks ago, but the timetable has been disrupted by the refusal of three tenants to move out, according to Crain's New York Business.

The 6th Avenue apartment building, auctioned off for $67.3 million last month, is supposed to be handed over unoccupied to Stonehenge Partners, Crain's reported.

But tenants Margaret Wu, Doris Cato and Raj Raval were still living there as of Wednesday, according to Crain’s. All three had their contracts terminated by St. Vincent’s on April 12.

A bankruptcy court motion filed by St. Vincent’s and Stonehenge on Tuesday said that Wu and Cato planned to leave soon, Crain’s reported. But attempts to push Raval to move have not met with success.
