MANHATTAN —And you turned this down for Miami?

LeBron James got a taste of New York City's nightlife Saturday, partying at Cipriani 42nd St. at the wedding of  fellow NBA star Carmelo Anthony and Lala Vasquez.

James, who came with his longtime girlfriend Savannah Brinson, was joined by New Orleans point guard Chris Paul, former Nets former Kenyon Martin and a star-studded guest list that included Serena Williams, singer Kelly Roland and rapper Ludacris, the New York Daily News reported.

Just two days after he spurned the Knicks, he ignored fans and reporters.

The superstar blanked the crowd outside the banquet hall, refusing to even look at photographers and blocking out questions yelled by the press as he walked in.

Vasquez, who wore a Vera Wang gown according to reports, may be back in New York with her new hubby by next year. New York missed out on LeBron in free agency, but Knicks fans are hopeful the team can lure Anthony to the Big Apple next season.

Anthony, who has expressed interest in coming to New York in the past, averaged 30.7 points and 8.5 rebounds a game for the Nuggets last season.

“We want Carmelo to come to New York,” Knicks superfan Spike Lee told reporters outside the bash, the News reported.

But with changes rumored to be imminent in the Knicks front office, it's unclear who Anthony would be playing for if he came to New York.

Knicks president Donnie Walsh said he wouldn't rule out anyone in his search for a new general manager, the Daily News reported. And, yes, anyone includes Isiah Thomas, the former Knicks president who many credit with leading the team to disaster.

He also cost his bosses millions in an embarrassing sexual harassment suit that was filed during his time as the head of the Knicks.

"I wouldn't rule it out, but I wouldn't rule anybody out," Walsh said Saturday, according to the News. "But we're getting ahead of ourselves because I'm not even thinking about hiring a general manager."
