MANHATTAN SUPREME COURT — A former NYPD officer accused of beating an Upper West Side Iraq War veteran got some back up on Monday from his former partner.
Mohammed Khan testified Monday that Walter Harvin resisted arrest and repeatedly threatened ex-housing officer David London in 2008, even after London put him in handcuffs.
"I'll f--- you up. I'll kill you motherf------!" Harvin, then 28, allegedly shouted at London, according to Kahn's recollection.
Kahn also testified that Harvin, then 28, kicked the doors of the police car and yelled at the officers as they drove him to the precinct.
London was charged with using excessive force while arresting Harvin, who allegedly shoved the officer after he was asked for his ID when entering his mother's apartment building.

A video of the beating has been played in court, but has not yet been released by the District Attorney's office.
"I think everyone in America should see that damn video," said Harvin's mother, Cora Page, 46, who called it an example of police brutality.
"I'm pissed as hell that this man's still walking," Page said of London.
Page is expected to testify on Wednesday. Harvin was also expected to take the stand, but he hasn't been located since the trial began last week. His mother said she didn't know where her son was.
