MANHATTAN — James Bond is moving to TriBeCa.

Actor Daniel Craig, who plays the suave British super spy in the movies, is paying cash for a $1.9 million apartment at 53 Warren St., the Wall Street Journal reported.

It's a loft duplex with 20-foot ceiling, floor-to-ceiling windows and three terraces, the paper said. A private elevator opens onto one of those terraces.

"It's a very Bond apartment," Fredrik Eklund, a broker for listing agent Core, told the paper.

The offer was made in cash, the paper said, which put Craig's bid ahead of several others.

And Craig won't have to go far to stay a top of his Bond skills — the Raccoon Lodge two doors down features a punching bag game and Big Buck Hunter.
