MANHATTAN — PATH trains were delayed Wednesday morning when an intoxicated individual fell on the tracks at the 23rd Street stop, a spokeswoman for the Port Authority said.

The person fell at 6:30 a.m., causing rush hour trains to be shut down for the 30 minutes, the representative told DNAinfo.

The intoxicated individual, whom the spokeswoman believed to be a man, was injured only from his fall and taken to Bellevue Hopsital for observation, the Authority said.
