MANHATTAN — Oh, what a fight!

Crooner Frankie Valli has filed a lawsuit against six former cast members of the "Jersey Boys," claiming they stole songs, stage elements and copyrighted photos from the Broadway hit to produce a touring knockoff show, the New York Post reported.

Valli, playwrights Marshall Brickman and Rick Elice, and Four Seasons' singer and songwriter Robert Gaudio are suing for damages and seeking a court order to end the show entitled "The Boys in Concert."

The show stars former "Jersey Boys" original cast members Christian Hoff, Michael Longoria, Daniel Reichard and J. Robert Spencer performing songs from the Beach Boys, Motown and the Four Seasons, according to their Web site.

Valli and his fellow plaintiffs also want $150,000 for each of 10 Four Seasons songs performed in the show, damages for copyright infringement and all of the production's profits, the paper reported.

"The Boys in Concert" has 19 performances scheduled through October and has already performed in Los Ageles, Chicago and New York City.
