MANHATTAN — Donald Trump can now add Central Park preservationist to his long list of professional accomplishments.

The real estate mogul and reality television star recently stepped in to save the historic Central Park Carousel after the Parks Department dumped the attraction’s longtime operator over maintenance issues, the New York Post reported.

Trump will reportedly pay $7,500 per month for the next six months to keep the merry-go-round, located just off the park’s 65th Street Transverse, spinning through the spring and summer.

The current carousel, built in 1951 and the fourth of its kind at the location, is one of the country’s largest and features 58 hand-carved horses and two chariots, according to the Parks Department.
