MANHATTAN — A sex tape allegedly featuring 50 Cent in a wig and robe has landed the rapper in court.
Lastonia Leviston filed a suit against 50 Cent in Manhattan court on Wednesday, claiming unauthorized use of her name and image as well as emotional distress after the rapper allegedly released a sex tape she made, the Associated Press reported.
Leviston also claims the rapper — whose real name is Curtis Jackson — posted the tape on his Web site last year.
She said that Jackson is in the video wearing a wig and robe, and can be heard throughout the tape.
This isn't the first time that 50 Cent found himself in front of a judge. The local rapper has been involved in numerous lawsuits over the last three years.
