MANHATTAN — Chelsea Clinton is breaking a sweat to help Haiti — by hosting a spin class.

SoulCycle, where the former First Daughter is a regular, sent a note out Friday, inviting customers to take part in a 90-minute ride that will be co-hosted by Clinton and top spin instructors Stacey Griffith and Laurie Cole, People.com reported.

Front row "seats" to the event reportedly cost $1,000, while second row bikes will go for $500 and all other bikes will be $100. Checks were to be made out to The Clinton Foundation with a notation that it should go to Haiti relief efforts.

The event quickly sold out, according to a blog post on SoulCycle’s Web site, which said the class raised “tens of thousands of dollars” for the relief effort.

“This is an incredible outpouring of generosity and we know that, in some small way, these contributions will help ease the suffering of the people in Port-au-Prince and the surrounding areas,” the post said.

The event takes place 7-8:30 p.m., and also features a multimedia presentation of Kym Perfetto’s 2006 photo journal of the Haitian Medical Mission, which established mobile clinics every four months in rural areas of Haiti.

Meanwhile, Clinton’s parents have been leading relief efforts for the United States.

Secretary of State Hillary Clinton arrived in Haiti Saturday afternoon and former President Bill Clinton visits Haiti today in a bid to accelerate international relief efforts for survivors of the earthquake.
