Current and retired FDNY firefighters and their families can take part in free yoga sessions every Thursday from 10 to 11 a.m., courtesy of Friends of Firefighters. The sessions take place at Friends of Firefighters' headquarters, located at 199 Van Brunt St. in the Red Hook neighborhood of Brooklyn.
