MulchFest at Cobble Hill Park

The NYC Parks Deparment is holding a tree recycling event at Cobble Hill park as a part of its MulchFest 2013 program.

Join Parks, Sanitation and GreenNYC to recycle Christmas trees into wood chips. The wood chips will be used to nourish trees and plants on streets and gardens citywide. Locals can also take home a bag of their own mulch to use in their backyard or a tree pit.
