Jazz and Flamenco at Smoke Jazz & Supper Club

The Smoke Jazz and Supper Club is hosting a night of flamenco guitar with a healthy dose of jazz. 

Cristian Puig will play flamenco guitar, with Jose Moreno on rhythm guitar and Sean Kupisz on bass. 

Barbara Martinez, who will be singing and dancing, will be joined by Ariadna Rivas on piano, whom she describes as a rising star from Spain.

Tim Mayer will be on saxophone and flute, too. 

The result: a combination that sounds something like flamenco-meets-Miles Davis, according to Martinez.

Sets are at 7 p.m., 9 p.m. and 10:30 p.m.

There is no music charge, but there is a $20 minimum at each table.
