Irish Movie Night: 'The Dead'

Catch a screening of "The Dead," an Academy Award-winning film, based on the short story by James Joyce and starring Anjelica Huston, at the New York Irish Center. Complimentary tea, coffee, soda and snacks will be offered, plus $3 beer and $4 wine. The show will also include a screening of the Irish comedy short "Cluck."

Doors open at 7:30 p.m. Dec. 21, and the show starts at 8:15. Tickets are $11 or $6 for students, seniors and the unemployed. Free admission for anyone displaced by Hurricane Sandy.
