Free Summer Festival at Soundview Park

Bronx families are invited to come out to Soundview Park for the first annual Summer Festival, 'City of Water Day.'

Activities (all free!) will include live local music and performances, a 3K walk/ run by Zodiacs Track Foundation, environmental education and composting clinics, soccer tournaments, and health and nutrition instruction.

All activities will take place at the entrance to the park at Morrison and Lafayette Avenues in the Bronx.

This event is part of City of Water Day, a city-wide celebration sponsored by the Metropolitan Waterfront Alliance.

All Summer Festival activities are free and open to the whole family. In case of inclement weather, the event will be moved to July 21, 2012.
