Elina Livshits is an Account Manager for DNAinfo who covers the Upper West Side.
Elina was born in Russia, and grew up in Connecticut. Growing up, she could be found playing tennis and enjoyed traveling as much as possible.
Elina headed down south to the College of Charleston, in South Carolina, where she graduated with a degree in Business and Hospitality and Tourism Management/Marketing. While in Charleston, she broke out of her shell when she interned for The Campus Special, a coupon book she helped create for Charleston students, and fell in love with sales. To this day, she will try to convince anyone and everyone to take a vacation to Charleston.
After graduation, Elina spent a few weeks traveling to Budapest, Vienna, Prague, Madrid and Barcelona before making her big move to New York City. She will take any opportunity to travel to anywhere in the world and interact with different people and cultures.
